Prayer and Praise!
· One Lamb has a support circle and they were able to go to court with him last week. The judge was impressed.
· A Lamb had a relapsed over the weekend and needs our unceasing prayers. Please pray that God would give him strength, wisdom to turn to others when weak, and that his craving for substance abuse would be replaced with an undying desire for Jesus that is greater than anything else he could ever want!
· Another Lamb would like to find a church closer to his home. Please pray he will find one that loves him as much as his current church.
· A Lamb now has a support circle with a church in Cary. Missionaries from two different churches went to court with him on the 26th. The Cary church has supplied him with a home, payment for a substance rehab program, financial counsel, and a support circle. This Lamb is so filled with joy! Praise God!
· Two Lambs have moved in order to be closer to the wife’s family.
· Another Lamb has returned and is looking for a support circle. He has been invited to attend an upcoming men’s retreat with a local church. Please pray for this Lamb as he spends a weekend with other men who love Jesus!
· A church in Cary has a support circle lined up for another Lamb as well as helping him with his search for housing! Please pray that he will connect quickly with the people in his support circle. God is amazing!
· Two Lambs who have been attending an Apex church hooked up with a support circle at a church in Raleigh through the White Flag shelter within the church and are now receiving housing through them. Praise God!
· A missionary is researching a vacant house in Raleigh in the middle of a high drug trafficking area. Please pray God will open her ears to hear him clearly and that if this is something God is leading her to buy that she will be able to purchase it for a reasonable price (or maybe the owners just want to get rid of it bad enough to give it away. God can do anything!). Also, pray that God will begin to show her how this property will be used to best serve and care for His Lambs!
· A missionary had surgery this week to have her appendix removed. The prayer was that God would shrink the swollen appendix. God amazed the doctor! The ultrasound showed an extremely swollen apprendix because once he went in to remove the appendix it had shrank!! He told the family he ready had to look around but couldn't find the "growth" anywhere. There was still some swelling and inflamation so the Dr. removed the appendix anyway. The surgery encouraged many who haven't been attending church to attend church Sunday to visit the missionary. Two nurses had switched unit the niht of the surgery and plan to assist with the mobile medical unit this month. Go God! Go God! Go God!
· As the number of homeless friends being located grows so does the need for more volunteers to just be a friend to them. There is a need particularly for more men to volunteer as a large majority of the homeless or men. They desperately need good male role models. Please pray for the number of volunteers in this area to increase!

Fishing Trip!
· A church in Apex hosted a fishing trip on Saturday. Misc. items such as lotions, shampoos, deodorant, tooth brushes and tooth paste, laundry detergent, and clothing were distributed. There were two new camps located and a possible third. Pray that missionaries will be able to connect with these Lambs and share the love of Jesus.
· One of the new camps was a woman who is new to this area. One young missionary gave the Lamb a puzzle because she seemed very excited about it and said it reminded her of when she was a little girl. The young missionary also gave her a notebook and pen because the Lamb mentioned that she writes poetry. This Lamb had only a sleeping bag and asked the missionaries for a tent. A missionary found one and went to the camp Sunday and with the help of two of our homeless friends, set up the tent and left a note and a bible for her. God always provides! It was also good to see the other two lambs so willing to help out!A missionary went back to the camp on Tuesday and the Lamb is enjoying and very happy to have her new home. What she needs now is a way to cook. Please pray that God will provide a camping stove for her.
· Another Lamb was found in a shopping center. He said he has a piece of card board that he sleeps on with a blanked. Please pray that this Lamb can be located again so that missionaries can demonstrate how much Jesus loves him.

Missionary Testimonials
· During the past few weeks approx. 10 of our “once were” homeless friends have called or visited a missionary to let her know how well they are doing now. One Lamb has completed college and is currently working on her Masters Degree. Her goal is to come back and work with our homeless friends in the area! God really does heal hearts and change lives!

God’s Provision – Donations of Time & Finances
· While one missionary was out due to surgery, many people have chipped in the pickup some of her responsibilities. The Body of Christ has truly been pulling together as one!
· An area acupuncturist continues give of her time and skill by treating the Lord’s lambs for substance abuse!
· An area Caterer continues to donate food weekly. His gifts provide meals for weekly meetings with our homeless friends as well as a Sunday lunch each week. Everyone really enjoys their time together. Laughter is always the main course!
