An area denomination held a women’s retreat in Apex with 200-300 women. The women were asked to bring items for the Cary and Apex missions and tutoring programs. We have attached photos of the generosity of these women. We are in AWE and thanking Jesus for His mighty abundance!

The snacks donations are so overwhelming that the chewy granola bars, peanut butter crackers, and raisins have been shared with the Brown Bag ministry. Brown Bag, we thank Jesus for you. You prepare over 500 bagged lunches each week!
Another ministry needed snacks for a conference this weekend! Thank You Jesus for Your mighty abundance!
The remaining items with be used with the tutoring program or bagged as groceries for so many families in need! Talk about Manna from Heaven.

As for the photo of clothing, over 100 coats were collected, along with hats, scarves, gloves, men’s, women’s and children clothing. An area church has donated their building to host “Fiesta Day 2” on October 11 from 11-1. The clothing will be given away there. The Brown Bag ministry will be supplying the bagged lunches and a local caterer the soup. A mariachi band will be performing, as well as, people giving their testimonies.
